I think this one is pretty locked up judging on the PPS action over the past few months. It’s been one of the most stable ones I’ve seen from Arcaro so that tells me the players in here want and know this is going to be a good run. I don’t love predictions. But I could see a 200-500% move depending on who moves in from this area very easily. Can’t wait to see
