No R/S will be needed, IMO. This will grow 100x on it's own from today's SP. The O/S would reduce drastically this month with the buyback and the $35 Mn revenue with smaller number will shares will take this to NASDAQ by Sep-Oct'19 easily, there's a very high probability of this happening I think. Worst case scenario, we may need a small R/S but that may act as a back up plan only.
