I would like to see the share buy backs before a dividend, so that we can select when we want to realize gains, and at a more favorable long term tax rate, instead of dividends treated as short term income / gain.
The listing on a more favorable exchange no doubt will help, as well as increasing prices for vanadium.
With more available free cash flow, a dividend can be added at a future date.
My humble opinion only. I have no crystal ball.
