I see here same trick as last time. Last time when MD did RS he filed via NVSOS decreased amount of shares and everyone was freaking out about RS...then after tweet attacks he issued RS notice and gave to all shareholders one week before RS record date to sell - why he gave us one week notice?....because he didn’t plan to wipe out the shareholders however he knew what happens here...accordingly all people sold all at a loss immediately....and no wipe out after RS to trips as many predicted didn’t take place...

Now is the same trick...NVSOS file was completed with a share increase to 100 M from 222222...He understands that shareholders will think that it’s the dilution and will sell the shares at a loss again....indeed we will most likely watch the Forward split here....many people still think it doesn’t make any sense...but believe me it does....as MD stated he’s 6 month ahead of other people actions...

Bottom line I don’t think that MD will dilute 100 million shares to shareholders as the form S1 hasn’t been yet filed/approved...if he does it it’s gonna be more difficult for MD to move Nasdaq then as he wants and if that’s still then the case...he will lose the remaining shareholders who trust in him now...

Otherwise just sell all your shares at a loss at market open on Monday if you are afraid of dilution and then cry again when the stock will jump up...or you hear from Finra about forward split....

Some people say he doesn’t know what he’s doing...maybe he exactly knows what happens next and what he’s doing...time will tell...

I think it was a benefit to MD and his company that you all sold at a loss assuming that he’s not supposed to do what many people were positive about...”to move it instantly to trips after RS”

Exactly same trick this time...sell at a loss on Monday and than be shocked to watch what you don’t expect...that’s the plan of this game here...
