They did but it was not until May that everything was officially cleared. There was a secondary lawsuit from the former management against Anshu which he won as well. The final separation from the former business was not official until mid August. That is really the beginning of this current company. Almost immediately they landed the 1 million dollar a month contract that has been financed with non dilutive trade financing and is currently being delivered. A month later that they began the negotiations with new financing and merger talks which are now coming to fruition.

Failure to understand the whole story and do proper DD on this management and IR firm will have a lot of folks chasing this in the coming weeks. All good though. Can't stop the news!
