Well, you'd probably have to go to that board to discuss more, but as more and more shares outstanding, the share price goes down. Still, something like 1.5 B aithorized and 1.1 B outstanding. Just taking about a stock I remember saber promoting. If anyone invested there for at that time would have lost alot. Unless you short at just the right times.
