The again, why is BTZO de-listed even though they stopped filing around the same time? And why would they need a complaint to do so, if they can see better then everybody if a company misses multiple filings?
You 're always talking about sources and proof but there isn't any here that they enforce every filings missed in the same way, even if they are multiple.
If I needed to enforce these laws and regulations, and if they all needed to be enforced without room for reasons and discussions. I would be sitting at a computer watching who's late with their filings and penalize every company that does so. And even better I would have a computer program do it for me...how hard can it be?
