UMMMM....no...PSTI OWES all shareholders a return on their investment.....that isn't free money...

"Eich" seems to be confused about the nature of biotech investing... It's NOT a government bond or a savings account with a fixed rate of return. Not understanding that leads to a lot of confusion!
