I don't think you understand what I wrote. Just because someone fills in an SEC Complaint form and clicks the submit button doesn't mean that the SEC is going to do a full investigation. The person who fills in the form could misspell the name of the company. They could submit a false address for the company. They could even lie about missing 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks when the company they name on their form has submitted them on-time.

In contrast, the form that I submitted was accurate in all respects. Whether you believe me or not isn't important now. What's important to me is that the people at the SEC who saw my form saw that I submitted accurate information, including the fact that the Greenshift Corporation, an SEC-registered, publicly-traded, and U.S.-based corporation, hasn't submitted any 10-Ks, 10-Qs, or 8-Ks since the third quarter of 2016.
