Really? What's that??
I'd say it would help to tell the truth about all the fraud and quit lying. But, theses crooks can't seem to do that. How long has "new management" been saying they would file delinquent fillings? How many dates have passed? That's gone on for 4 years now I believe. Heck they haven't even taken the very basic baby step of filing an 8-K notifying the public that the previous filings cannot be relied upon, as they are incomplete and fraudulent. That they will need to be restated. That would take 20 minutes and zero money.
New management is controlled by old management. Nothing has changed.
