I don't understand the science all that well , but I do see a unique situation where ELTP may ( IMO ..will ) be one of those few companies that will move up from the bowels of the OTC. A small percent of my portfolio gamble's on OTC all the time along with scratchies and keno.

My point today is that the bet is on what can or will materialize in the form of assets to increase value. At .09 cents , other comparable companies are in bad shape financially and have no future. They either hit a wall or can't adapt to change and become irrelevant. Not ELTP. At minimal this is a short term double alone. The .09 cent base has been a gift allowing me to purchase many 10K blocks to double my holdings in a years time.

I must admit that I have not witnessed such a blatantly targeted manipulation of a Security as I have with ELTP. Not to mention the daily interest in the chat rooms is , Of the Chart. I mean hourly monitoring going on by some for years ( yes , by me too). Besides the fact that many catalyst are coming to fruition now , the fact that the largest share holder of common stock in ELTP is the CEO himself. 3 million worth purchased on the open market. Not to mention BOD and Officers also own shares. This is the biggest tell !! Smart educated people choosing to serve and believing in the company enough to take risk. You don't see this in many other securities in the OTC world. The ones that do usually make it out.

Now add in the growing pipeline and new hires, partners, facility upgrades , filings ..... no wonder some people may feel threatened by ELTP becoming a competitor .

The newest catalyst that is the defining moment for this company is the growing contempt for the big pharma and their manipulation of competition and product. Even the Government has had enough and is intervening to promote Generics and cost savings for the American People.

Fellow ELTP Longs..... Our moment is here. With in 2 weeks our first double up in share price will happen. We're very cheap at .09 and should hold .20-.30 . My only concern is the desperation of this manipulator and how they may buy the profit shares we sell into the pop , only to start their games again. I hope that I'm not the only one noticing and some discrete action is taken by the OTC or SEC , if it hasn't already.
