Eventually ALL of these Penny Scams have a Pump period so the company can dilute some shares and make some easy money


A legitimate Company doesnt let their share price run to 1/3 of a cent and not file ANYTHING for 7 years


All I cant understand is WHY the SEC hasn't suspended this scam


Maybe they just need to have a look......lol
