IDK how CEO Rene Morentin is linked to this but his company was mentioned once here on CEOS corporate update:

"CEOS is pleased to announce the engagement of Pantheon Partners SRL (Pantheon), a boutique investment banking firm that specializes in emerging growth companies and Mergers and Acquisitions to identify, negotiate and finance additional acquisitions."

I quoted what's above from here: ( https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=23498 )

Then, curiously I went to the bottom of this corporate update and found this:

" at@pacifixfinancial.com "

I googled it and found this results which is Pacifix Financial Ltd Business profile

https://www.manta.com/c/mx4yhx3/pacifix-financial-ltd

Then, I went reading all the way to the bottom and found this:

Adam Tracy
Manading Member
Phone | (888) 978-9901
Fax | (630) 689-9471
Email | at@pacifixfinancial.com

I have been tirelessly researching on my own where dots are to connect them and curiously Adam Tracy was linked (or at least they knew each other) to Rene Morentin's Pantheon Partners SRL. since November 2016 (approximately)

I cannot find much recent info about CEOS on my thinkorswim trading platform but its PPS has been moving up since August 15...

Just curiosity CEOS went from 0.0944 to 0.215 on EXACTLY October 10, 2018 (date Toron Inc. did acquisition of InMed) until October 16 (CEOS ran until .215 the dates 10, 11, 12, 15, 16)

My point is Pantheon Partners SRL(Rene), Pacifix Financial Ltd (Adam Tracy), and CEOS (Hayes Jr. and Valeria) were once working together. Where is my evidence? Right here

On this update, you can see that all 3 were working together. No answer to your calls, no answer to your emails, no answer on company's forum, no 8K, no renewed license on or before 1/31/19, no Brad to Board of Directors on February, no tweets after seeing price is declining because of 45 days with no communication... mmmm do this over a Billion dollar acquisition man don't know companies run on credibility?

Then, Rene wanna talk about "professional bashers" man seriously?? you have been close to evil people and corrupted your own word, your own forum, don't blame others for your shit...

Reality points about Rene is InMed website came live at almost same time as TRON, No personal history information (on any company he claims he has worked for), letters from InMed (it seems they were sent to Rene), Pantheon Partners SRL has only been close to fraudulent people when company was mentioned by Hayes Jr. and Valeria(CEOS)... This is too weird people, honestly investing in a company where there is no leadership and company has been passed from fraudulent hands to another is too risky. It is not worthy, someone is making the big bucks here selling millions of shares every two weeks and some of us thinking Rene was the different one and that fraudulent people were only a thing from the past...

MO friendly, I challenge you to find the name "Rene Morentin Ortiz" in any filing or any official and legal document from one of the companies he claims he has worked for. No other website's opinion or PR's from TRON because those are manipulative and anyone can type there whatever they want, you know that.. It can be a newspaper picture or any source but an italian or dumb forum..

For example here are listed some companies to make your work easier: Concord Securities Taiwan and Wei-Chuan China (1998–1999) and served as U.S. Investment Advisory to Ta Yung Hsing Yeh Co., a $5 billion Taiwanese holding company (1997-1998). Prior to founding Pantheon, Mr. Morentin has served as Managing Director of The Kensington Group, a Los Angeles based investment banking firm; a Vice President of Manufacturers Bank (1992-
1994)
; Senior Vice President at Trafalgar Holdings, Ltd., a Los Angeles-based merchant bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions and off-shore project finance (1987-1989); Corporate and Institutional Services – Emerging Growth Group, Merrill Lynch (1985-1986); and with The
Bank of America in Corporate Banking (1981- 1983).
