So now we wait while the spinning begins. Report said, "The auditor resigned due to receiving inconsistent information regarding operations and disclosures which caused them some concern and therefore they were unable to continue with the audit.". Auditor said it was a "reportable event."
But no details were given so we all remain in the dark.
