Thanks for the reply. I know that someone either within the company or associated with the securities used a promoter in 2017 to pump and dump the stock.

I was just wondering if anyone had any background on Regal Consulting?

Looking at the majority of stocks they are dealing with most are at a loss (few exceptions) since they got involved: APTY -85%, BRTX -64%, DCTH -89%, CEI -89%
