We've been waiting for a Form 10 from this company for about a year now and we won't buy back until we see one filed. The sales PR's that are coming out every week, do absolutely noting for the PPS. It almost seems like he's putting them out to pacify longs or hoping for some newbies.

Someone needs to tell him it's not working and it's a waste of shareholder monies!
