Clarification- End sweep, captitalize, release, reform

As a shareholder I personally want NWS to end, recap and release. It seemed like Otting wanted to do this within 18 months.

Reforming will likely take a long time once it gets into the congressional spin cycle and I don't think I want to stay in this stock to see what comes out in the end.
