Would promoting the company be better under OTC or Pink? Perhaps things are all falling into place and Bill wants to be positioned with OTC at least before starting a more significant PR assault. Right now is vacation time and free low cheap.

I bet that Bill is wondering himself how much $$$ can I make. Bill will shortly have a clean platform from where he can launch any shots directed at the market with meaningful substance. Can I push the SP to 0.50 or $1 or higher. It will be interesting to see. But 0.02 or 0.01 will be a no go for any company that is trading itself and wants to build a solid business.
