Would be interesting to know how the Tax Audit of United Western Bancorp (2016) came out. Was scheduled for Dec. 3 2018. The IRS wants their $400k for the NOL monies sitting in some f/ing account.

Side note on this matter===Mark billed the estate some $36,000 to fight this issue. Upon reading the IRS and FDIC rules Mark was doomed from the start. Oh hell, whats another 36k in his account.

Was once told the definition of a lawyer= legal thief. I'm sure that's NOT correct
