First two hours or so ... two -three times the amount of volume
compared to closing days of Jan

They need about a 1/2 million per month if I recall to stay fluid and
some prospectus info I read .. need about 5 million to really promote
and move the product into Human Trials etc.

So possible Battelle supports efforts with their exclusive agreement.
They can easily do that and they are known to pull out quick if something is not to their liking... which they have not done at all... in
fact Korenko extended agreement.

That announcement it appears was planned from start of January dependent
on how many Noteholders converted as their was a statement in the
filing yesterday that directed back to the original Noteholder annoucement.
