If we have to rely on the media and what we read about Chapter 11 Bankruptcy today is not an important day in Judge Drain's courtroom. Today is just a confirmation of the bid ESL has put forth. Monday is when all the drama begins. That is when the Pension group gets the floor along with all the other creditors. Just my .02 cents.
