Hi, I looked at the NNR* merger and i don´t like it that some people try to scare people with bad things.

EVIO Labs (EVIO) had the same ceo, merger happened, previous Signal-Bay, you probably know the stock, over 900m o/s, also triple zero stock and 1 for 100 r/s happened.

Months later r/s was released, first many news were released and this was for a merger with high o/s a shareholder friendly transaction.

I´m not sure if it´s right to post this, but it was not a scary transaction.

But the merging company did not look that good, so it had limited upside potential and the ceo was already ceo before the merger happened.

I´m also a shareholder of NNR*, wasn´t sure if it´s right to post this.
