I've never seen a pinky RS be positive in any way, or go how they anticipated. It's a pinky because management either has bad intentions, or is incapable of running the company. But......somehow it makes sense here, to some. Pretty obvious why they will never see real funding. They have nothing to fund.......or $$$ to pay it back. Lending 101. Penny stock RS = game over/last ditch effort to pocket as much money as you can before SBFMQ. GHS / S-1 = super dilution machine. That's supposedly the next step...... Which in turn throws this back into trips, total loss. SBFMD = TOTAL SCAM ALL IMO.
