Kali Inc. (KALY)

I am putthing together a due diligence post this weekend with all the emails I received from Generex and Beechtree Labs. I was able to squeeze out some info, more from generex than Beechtree. I think I finally understand Kali Inc’s plan as they are trying to lean more towards the Biotech Industry and an approved drug in the future. My post will lay out my opinion, currently I am on the side-lines and watching the share price closely.

If I am correct, the plan I beleive Kaly is trying to follow will take some time, i’m talking 2 years plus to execute. But if i’m right, and KALY executes everything perfectly, you can bet that there will be a bidding war for an aquisition.
