Can’t believe this is still trading. Rik is a criminal and a con man. This should be halted and Rik should be arrested. This company owns nothing no patents no products and Rik got caught diluting and pumping and dumping. Then lying about it. It is as plain and simple as that. There is no well it could have been a misunderstanding with the SEC. Nope not a chance he used this company as a ATM and should be in prison. If the SEC won’t shut this down, it just goes to show you how much the SEC gives a $hit about the OTC and protecting investors. They don’t! And All Rik cares about was lining his own pockets and lying to people. It makes me sick when I read these board not just here but others also and people go the CEO told me XYZ in an email. Real companies don’t have CEO’s respond to individuals. Maybe once in a great while but Rik was communicating with several people on this board weekly. Try to get the CEO of any company not on the OTC to answer you because you are concerned about the stock price! I wouldn’t do it and hold my breath. Anyways this stock and company sucks and everyone on this board knows it. This should have been halted last summer. I hope Rik loses all his money at the very least. He’s a POS! Rik I hope your reading this and I’m sure he probably is because he has no business to run he is a piece of trash!
