otcmarkets still has the old 66 million Outstanding share count, and it even has 1/22 as the last transfer agent verified date. Someone is not doing their jobs, and in this case I would venture to say its the company not reporting the results of this last 8-K of the OS count change to the transfer agent. I'll try and call the TA and find out if they know anything.
