Lionwarrior answering what his long term plans for the 40,000 workers and the severance plans is no way insider information. I feel a 1 year employment guarantee is not sufficient. Not continuing to provide royalites from Kenmore and DieHard two of the most recognizable brands into the pension system is not good faith either. You know my position as I stated I am long but do you in good faith as an employee or pensioner of sears feel he is acting in there best interest or the best interest of his hedge fund.
