Merger with Commerzbank looking more likely, possibly 2nd half.

Worse, most stupid deal in history. Both banks in dire straights. Merger will spiral costs. The IT systems alone will wipe out any budgets, it would be hard enough if the purchasing bank had huge reserves on hand, but this is sheer madness.
