I personally think that there is still a short position that is keeping the price down while they try to cover. Considering how small the float is compared to the OS, even a relatively small short position based on the OS is HUGE when the float is considered.

I think that is why the sp gets sold down every time the bid thins and volume drops off. Time will tell.
