I can't believe some folks aren't more concerned about a reverse split! If this deal goes through the company will be under new ownership, the new ownership doesn't owe any promises to shareholders and why would they want to keep the O/S at 17 billion? In my opinion the first thing they will effect is a massive reverse split!
