I could write a lengthy and detailed reponse as to what has and is happening here, but the long and short of it is the Company is out to save itself via dilution and very likely a RS. Post RS is when they will most likely try to pump it with good news knowing that retail was basically washed out by the RS, as well as trying to prevent shorts from killing it before they can start to dilute again.

They NEED significant contracts or this is TOAST!

Too many other plays to expose my capital to rather than this at the moment.
