Actually it means desperation, as all else has failed.

The RS is being pursued. As multiple lies/attempts to fund this fake operation have failed, or were just lies....

The RS is here now, because the pathetic funding source: GHS, cannot fund this trash at it's current level, via the S-1. Another scam.

They need to up list. Being they have no money, no products, no workers, no labs, no one will fund this trash. Why would they?

So they easiest way to create the illusion of value, is the screw investors with an RS. Temporary fix. The PPS wont last. It's still the same garbage company, selling nothing. Negative balance sheets. No workers.....
