Problem is, Jan’s bleeding the company’s funds dry with ridiculous pay-daily loans. More notes come due in March. What then? How about in the meantime? Am not being negative, just realistic.

This EXIT deal is basically just slapping the secret emergency reserve tubes of lipstick on the pig. And...no real downside for EXIT. It has a marketing machine. 4% commission for every lot sale. Cielo Mar goes belly-up? Oh well. Thank you for the sales commissions without any liability or lost investment. How many Cielo Mar-like properties do you think that EXIT markets? I don’t know, but am going to look into it. Will also make a few phone calls & see what else I can find out. Am looking for something...anything...positive.

Unfortunately, announcing the EXIT arrangement before any bridge funding or Mexican government re-zoning just adds more Stink to ProGreen. But that’s just my opinion...based on facts & Jan’s past performance.
