Do you know terms of the agreement to purchase the remaining shares of PLFX?

I know what has been PR'd half a dozen times already. The latest deal would be to get BTOP shares for 1.37 per share in PLFX. Meaning if you buy 10000 shares at 0.19 in PLFX which will cost you 1900 bucks, you will get 13.700 bucks in BTOP shares. That's at least what they claiming for months now. They already bought a lot of shares of PLFX for 0.62 from accredited investors in the last few months, so they definitely want to get this done. I have no idea why PLFX is still trading so low. Maybe the market thinks this deal won't get done like this. It makes no sense otherwise.
