1) The few main owners of Vidbox would own the 65% of LCLP and 2) Sometimes silence means the worst is occurring but in this case I don't believe it. I think Rudman shouldn't put out anything until they are current. At that time the deal would be finalized and more details would be revealed. Nothing should be said by the company until it is final.
