My post #25137 should be a sticky until the PR and 8-K come out (IMO)... its as close to a PR on the subject as we are going to get. The statement is by the IR person for the company and therefore represents the company's point of view. He is telling us the Red Wire deal is still on and in the process of being completed and a PR and 8-K will follow soon.
