The fact that Jaime is selling his own shares as opposed to sale of shares out of treasury which is dilutive means that Jaime gets to keep the money. Sale of shares out of treasury produces proceeds that is used by the corporation. I tried calling andy austin but only got the usual voicemail. Maybe you can be more successful. I still believe that very positive news will be released soon and that someone is accumulating stock in anticipation of this event.
