Exactly, this form 4 is describing current events being put in place for FUTURE events. So when $SHLD is trading at $10.00-$20.00 a share the second lien people have an option like excersising a warrant to buy discounted COMMON shares of $SHLD for $5.00 bucks a share versus whatever the current sp is at the time.
