1. The wall is there. It's a big beautiful wall that you just can't always see. Sometimes they wait until you climb right up to the top of the barbed wire and then.... WHAM!! Eventually the wall will crumble because walls are stupid. Just doesn't look like Santa Ana has enough crazies yet to break through.

2. Volume is nothing to write home about. Think in dollar terms and what kind of liquidity it takes to attract real investors (no slight at anyone here, intended).
