There can be a “strategic partnership” formed without disclosing it in the filings. How can they show 47% ownership if they haven’t signed a contract yet?

Being “on target” can mean many different things. Like... being in the process of manufacturing the 5 million worth of product.

Remember the OJ analogy... you are twisting things to fit your own negative narrative.

Is it annoying that they are so vague with what’s going on.. yes... but I don’t see any rules broken.
