I agree and there’s only a few things it could be.

Bankruptcy- Highly unlikely since we are cash flow positive and have been steadily increasing revenue.

Buyout

Going public? Not exactly sure the procedure here.

Was going to also include medical, but I’m not sure what would have to happen to cancel a show.
