Weird shit yes. But to me there was a VERY aggressive short on this that held this back bigtime. Multiple walls taking out week after week. Yesterday looked like someone threw in the towel just a tad bit to early. Better to have them out now then later! Filings are out and there actively seeking acquisitions! IMO a future multi penny runner. These levels are a gift right now.
