Not looking good. Filled Def 14a today. 1 for 2 all the way to 1 for 500 split. Vote is 3-15 at annual meeting. Any bets on if it will pass? Not a chance the measure will fail with a secret ballot. Adjust the votes behind the closed doors and Reverse split this pup while burning the investors.
