LMAO! The Slaughter already took place when it went CAVEAT EMPTOR.
But there was a reason, why it was taken to CV EM !!
So that a NEW ENTITY could take over!
And that's EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID by FILING NEW OWNERSHIP Papers on 07/27/2018 !!

So learn to know the difference between regular CV EM & one that states CV EM (NEW Stock).

A few more keep months!!
And the '1' year period will after filing new ownership will be upon us!!
