My favorite was the 2nd or 3rd REAC r/s. The ticker was still trading with the "D" on it when the next r/s was filed. lol. True story. Only stock promoter Bobby DeAngelis could get away with such a thing.

But shame on the SEC. They suspend scam artist shells everyday. Eventually they will catch this one, but obviously not soon enough. DeAngelis has robbed so much cash already. Complete scam artist, not the brightest one but still a scam artist
