USPS is the acquiring multiple facilities to build a national chain of clinics specializing in medical procedures to service the 50 Million men nationally that require medical attention to bolster their sexual performance. USPS's current acquisitions represent more than 2 Million of revenue. The acquired clinics are located in Pittsburg, PA, Baltimore, MD and Scottsdale, AZ. USPS will operate the clinics and acquire as expediently as the clinics can be assimilated.
