Listen. To put it simply if I were Tony and had a checkered past (whether guilty or not) I would definitely be on my best behavior. Or else! Right? So why would an experienced business man jeopardize the opportunity of a lifetime and perhaps a second chance at success in becoming the CEO of a small company in the biggest emerging market since Booz? Why would he put all that on the line and do something stupid like make up false statements and phony business deals? Doesn't make sense. That's because he wouldn't.
