If this was my company I wouldn’t report any financials either. I would manipulate this stock price if I could and buy up every share possible. Making sure it doesn’t hit the number that all the vultures are waiting to jump in at. In all do respect to any day or swing trader in the room. I would want all of your shares as cheaply as possible. While making sure I kept all my valued long trusting investors updated on our advancements, growth and partnerships. However, I would be strategically planning the right time to release my revenue followed by an up listing all at once. Keeping people wonder when the stock price will stop going up after that...like a freight train building up momentum. The next planned stop would be the Nasdaq. So to all my patient friends sit back and enjoy the ride. Perhaps upgrade to a first class ticket while they are still on sale.
