LOL. Years ago I tracked down a tenant in an adjoining office to NYXO's LISTED address. There's no sightings or smell, of Gio. I think the whole thing is a well-orchestrated, reverse-splitting scam, that affords Gio the prestige of running a public company.

And. also, in my opinion, he funnels into his other business, some eyewear company of some sort?

Have spoken with him on the phone and emailed back and forth, but that was years ago.

He sounds so sincere, so determined, so proud of his "invention". A smart TV. Hmmm....anyone ever hear of them before, anywhere. lolzzz.

Did a search for Nyxio Smart TV, and found this review on amazon:

"Nyxio VioSphere 42" Smart TV

This is a beefy product, not junk. I expected less, but got a lot better product than I was hoping for. It's got some weight, has good mounting holes, and does exactly what it says it will. My application was running 24 V hydraulic switching valves for a "cattle tipper" that hydraulically lays cows gently in a cage so hooves may be trimmed. The valves pull about 2 Amps each, and this product did the trick.
Don't be afraid to buy this product."

I would be afraid. I would be very afraid.

Also, I saw no ads on the side of any of my searches, like another poster mentioned.

To summarize, this, IN MY OPINION, AND THIS IS ALL IN MY OPINION, this is just the typical OTC scam, run a by a slithering snake named Giorgio.
