I wish management would make it clear to whether PAOG owns the Altmedcenter clinics or just managing for RBII?
IMO it makes big difference. There are 5 clinics already open and 6 clinics getting ready to open. There were talks earlier about clinic in Philadelphia and a clinic in Arkansas. Now, it also makes difference between owning and renting. You can buy an apartment complex and rent them. Yes, you will have to manage and maintain the property but at the end of the day after all bills is paid you will make nice profit. Because in price of rent all the liabilities and unforseen expenses are included. That's why rental properties like apartments, Shopping Mall, rental cars, insurance companies they are all profitable businesses.
